Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos Sênior para atuar de forma estratégica em um escritório de contabilidade, conduzindo os processos de Gestão de Pessoas, apoiando as lideranças e contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura organizacional e o desenvolvimento da empresa.

Buscamos um profissional generalista, com visão sistêmica, autonomia e capacidade de transformar as necessidades do negócio em ações efetivas de Recursos Humanos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil até a contratação;
  • Gerenciar admissões, integração de novos colaboradores e acompanhamento do período de experiência;
  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças, oferecendo suporte às decisões relacionadas à Gestão de Pessoas;
  • Acompanhar feedbacks, avaliações de desempenho e planos de desenvolvimento individual;
  • Planejar e conduzir treinamentos, ações de capacitação e desenvolvimento de equipes;
  • Desenvolver ações de Endomarketing, clima e cultura organizacional;
  • Conduzir entrevistas de desligamento e propor melhorias com base nos resultados identificados;
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas com gestores, contribuindo para o planejamento e a tomada de decisões;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de RH;
  • Apoiar a construção e a execução do planejamento estratégico da empresa;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos internos de Recursos Humanos;
  • Atuar como referência técnica da área, disseminando boas práticas de Gestão de Pessoas.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência consolidada em Recursos Humanos Generalista;
  • Vivência em Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Endomarketing e Desenvolvimento Organizacional;
  • Experiência no suporte e orientação a lideranças;
  • Conhecimento intermediário a avançado do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e gestão por resultados;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Residir em Pedro Leopoldo/MG ou região.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas de serviços ou escritórios de contabilidade;
  • Vivência na implantação e condução de projetos de RH;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de avaliação comportamental;
  • Experiência com gestão por competências, indicadores de desempenho e planejamento estratégico.
