Du willst Events selbst planen und vor Ort leiten, von der ersten Idee bis zum letzten Gast? Bei uns verantwortest Du Events und Messeauftritte für IONOS und unsere Marken, von unserem eigenen IONOS Summit bis zu großen internationalen Fachmessen. KI ist dabei Dein Standardwerkzeug, damit mehr Zeit für Details bleibt.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Du konzipierst Events und Messeauftritte für unsere Marken und setzt sie eigenständig um: vom Briefing über das Standkonzept bis zur Nachbereitung.
  • Du planst Deine Events operativ: Du findest passende Locations, erstellst Timelines und Ablaufpläne und koordinierst alle beteiligten Gewerke; dabei behältst Du die Kosten im Blick.
  • Du leitest Deine Events vor Ort, vom Aufbau über den Ablauf bis zum Abbau, und bist erste Ansprechperson für Team, Dienstleister und Gäste.
  • Du steuerst unsere Dienstleister: Du holst Angebote ein, verhandelst Konditionen mit Locations und Messegesellschaften.
  • Du entwickelst mit Sales die Zielgruppen- und Leadstrategie für jedes Event, sorgst für eine saubere Lead-Erfassung vor Ort und berichtest über die Ergebnisse.
  • Du setzt KI-Tools und Automatisierungen ein, z. B. für Briefings, Ablaufpläne und Reporting, damit unsere Prozesse mit jedem Event effizienter werden.

Qualifikationen

  • 3+ Jahre B2B-Event- & Messeerfahrung inkl. Vor-Ort-Leitung (Unternehmen oder Agentur).
  • Starkes Projektmanagement: Erfahren in Budget-, Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung für mehrere parallele Projekte.
  • Dienstleistersteuerung: Verhandlungssicher mit Agenturen, Locations und Messegesellschaften.
  • Ergebnisorientierung: Fokus auf Zielgruppen, Leads und Pipeline neben reibungslosen Abläufen.
  • AI-first: Täglicher Einsatz von KI-Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.). Bitte Lebenslauf inkl. eines Praxisbeispiels/KI-Workflows beifügen.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch & Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft.
