Du willst Events und Messeauftritte von der Idee bis zum Recap verantworten? Bei uns konzipierst und realisierst Du Events für IONOS und unsere Marken, vom IONOS Summit bis zur internationalen Fachmesse, und steuerst Content und Social Media dazu. KI ist dabei Dein Standardwerkzeug, damit mehr Zeit für Ideen und Content bleibt.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Du konzipierst Events und Messeauftritte für unsere Marken: Du legst Ziele und Formate fest und entwickelst Aktivierungen, die zu unseren Zielgruppen passen.
  • Du steuerst die Eventkommunikation über E-Mail, Event-Website und Social Media, vor allem LinkedIn, vor, während und nach dem Event.
  • Du setzt Deine Events eigenständig um: Du planst Budget und Zeitplan, koordinierst interne Teams wie Sales, Produktmanagement und Brand und begleitest Deine Events vor Ort.
  • Du entwickelst die Zielgruppen- und Leadstrategie für jedes Event, von der Einladung über die Lead-Erfassung bis zur Übergabe an Sales, und misst die Ergebnisse.
  • Du verantwortest das Lieferantenmanagement und steuerst kreative Gewerke: Du wählst Agenturen und Freelancer, verhandelst mit ihnen und behältst Kosten, Qualität und Abrechnung im Blick.
  • Du entwickelst mit Produktmanagement und PR Speaker- und Agenda-Content und produzierst mit generativer KI Recap-Material, das Sales, Social und PR weiter nutzen können.

Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von B2B-Events und Messeauftritten auf Unternehmens- oder Agenturseite.
  • Sicheres Projektmanagement: Du planst Budgets, Zeitpläne und Ressourcen, verhandelst mit Dienstleistern und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick.
  • Du denkst Events vom Ergebnis her und weißt, wie Zielgruppenansprache und Leadgenerierung im B2B funktionieren.
  • Erfahrung in Eventkommunikation und Content: Du schreibst zielgruppengerecht für E-Mail und Social Media, vor allem LinkedIn.
  • Du arbeitest bereits AI-first und nutzt KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Gemini oder Claude täglich. Schick uns mit Deinem Lebenslauf ein Beispiel aus Deinem Arbeitsalltag oder Deine Idee für einen KI-Workflow im Eventmarketing.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft.
