IOTA Group accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans les grands acteurs industriels dans la réalisation de leurs projets en France et à l'international, notamment dans les secteurs de l'énergie, du nucléaire, de l'industrie et des infrastructures.

Dans le cadre d'un projet industriel d'envergure dans le secteur naval, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Chargé d'Affaires Chaudronnerie / Tuyauterie (H/F) basé à Cherbourg, pour une mission de longue durée.

Description du poste

Rattaché au Responsable d'Activité ou au Responsable Projet, vous assurez le pilotage technique, opérationnel, contractuel et financier des affaires qui vous sont confiées, tout en garantissant le respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et de sûreté.

Vos principales missions :

Gestion des affaires et suivi contractuel

  • Réaliser le chiffrage des prestations et élaborer les offres techniques et commerciales.
  • Participer aux négociations commerciales et contractuelles.
  • Assurer le suivi des contrats, analyser les risques et gérer les éventuels avenants.
  • Piloter les budgets, suivre la rentabilité des affaires et assurer le reporting financier jusqu'à leur clôture.

Pilotage technique et opérationnel

  • Définir les solutions techniques, les méthodes d'intervention et les moyens nécessaires à la réalisation des prestations.
  • Planifier et coordonner les activités de chaudronnerie et de tuyauterie.
  • Organiser les ressources humaines et matérielles en fonction des besoins du projet.
  • Sélectionner les fournisseurs, coordonner les sous-traitants et superviser les interventions.
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences techniques.

Management, qualité et sécurité

  • Encadrer et coordonner les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures QHSE, des réglementations et des exigences de sûreté.
  • Veiller à la conformité des habilitations, qualifications et formations obligatoires.
  • Assurer une communication efficace entre les équipes, les sous-traitants, les clients et la direction.

Développement commercial

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de prestations auprès des clients.
  • Participer au développement et à l'enrichissement des offres techniques et commerciales.

Qualifications

Formation :

  • Bac+5 en ingénierie généraliste, mécanique ou spécialité industrielle.
  • Ou Bac+2/Bac+3 technique avec une expérience confirmée en chaudronnerie, tuyauterie ou mécanique industrielle.

Compétences recherchées :

  • Expérience en gestion d'affaires ou pilotage de projets industriels dans les domaines de la chaudronnerie et/ou de la tuyauterie.
  • Solides compétences en chiffrage, suivi budgétaire et gestion contractuelle.
  • Capacité à coordonner des équipes techniques, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements industriels et des exigences QHSE.
  • Compétences en négociation commerciale et en relation client.
  • Une expérience dans les secteurs naval, nucléaire ou industriel lourd constitue un atout.

Qualités personnelles :

  • Leadership et sens des responsabilités.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et organisation.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité de négociation.
