Overview

The Senior Director, Program Team Lead owns integrated program strategy for one or more TIL cell therapy assets across early-to-late-stage clinical development. This role connects clinical, CMC, regulatory, and commercial workstreams into a single plan that maximizes clinical probability of success, regulatory approval, and commercial value, all within the context of Iovance's broader portfolio strategy.

The Program Team Lead chairs the cross-functional program team, manages timelines across workstreams, and is the central point of accountability for translating strategy into execution. This individual partners with senior leadership to advance programs from early clinical studies through pivotal trials, global regulatory submissions, and into commercial planning.

The right candidate brings deep oncology development and CMC experience with the judgment to navigate autologous cell therapy. They are as comfortable shaping an early-stage data strategy as they are driving late-stage registration execution, and they ensure every program decision maintains a clear line of sight to clinical success, regulatory approval, and commercial differentiation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
