Aufgabe

Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden (Enterprise) Platform Architekten für ein ganzes Managed Capacity Team. Das Ziel ist es eine übergreifende Architektur (weiter\-)zu entwickeln. Dabei ist zu klären, welche Themen / Fähigkeiten übergreifend, welche spezifisch für gewisse AI\-Einsatzgebiete sind und welche lokal (je Projekt / Anwendung) gelöst werden. Starke Faktoren für die Gestaltung der Architektur sind

\* Sicherheit (Bedrohungen von aussen, von innen): Identität und Berechtigungen, Datenschutz und Datenklassifizierung.

\* Regulatorik und Compliance, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Audit

\* Enabling (AI Technologien einfach nutzbar machen, Self\-Service, automatisierte Compliance)

\* Kosten und Wirtschaftlichkeit

\* Qualität und Verlässlichkeit, Betrieb und Resilienz

\* Passung in die bestehende IT\-Landschaft, Migrationsfähigkeit

\* Integration und Interoperabilität Das Team arbeitet eng mit den verantwortlichen Stellen und Fachpersonen des Endkunden zusammen.

Gesucht werden Personen mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Enterprise\- und Plattformarchitekturen. Erwartet wird insbesondere die Fähigkeit, strategische Zielbilder in konkrete Architekturentscheidungen, Standards, Plattformfähigkeiten und umsetzbare Roadmaps zu überführen.

Anforderungen

  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung mit AI\-/GenAI\-Architekturen in grossen Organisationen.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von LLMs, RAG, agentischen Systemen und Protokollen wie MCP oder A2A sowie ihren Risiken (Prompt Injection, Datenabfluss, Halluzinationen)
  • Erfahrung mit Security\-by\-Design: Identity \& Access Management (auch für nicht\-menschliche Identitäten und Agenten), Datenklassifizierung, Zero Trust
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Architektur für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verständlich darzustellen, vom Management bis zum Entwicklungsteam
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut
  • Mindestens 2 Referenzen in der Konzeption oder Umsetzung von AI\-Plattformen oder Shared Services, z.B. AI Gateway, Model Hub, Agent Runtime, Vector Stores, Knowledge Management
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Cloud und Container (Azure, AWS und/oder Kubernetes) sowie in API\-Management
  • Erfahrung mit Observability für AI: Tracing, Evaluation und Quality Monitoring, Kostenerfassung, Audit Trail (z.B. OpenTelemetry, Langfuse oder Ähnliches)
  • Erfahrung in der Spezifikation von Services und in der Evaluation von Produkten anhand strukturierter Kriterien
  • Erfahrung in einer grossen, regulierten Organisation (öffentlicher Verkehr, Energie, Finanz, Verwaltung)
  • Kenntnis von Frameworks und Standards wie TOGAF, ArchiMate, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLM
  • Erfahrung mit MLOps/LLMOps sowie Testing und Freigabe von Modellen und Agenten (Evals, Red Teaming,Guardrails)
  • Erfahrung mit Self\-Service\- und Platform\-Engineering\-Ansätzen (Developer Portal, Golden Paths)
  • Erfahrung mit Citizen Development und Low\-Code\-Plattformen (z.B. Power Platform)
