Für ein spannendes Projekt im Bereich Diabetologie suchen wir Key Account Manager für den Apotheken-Außendienst (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Im Gebiet: Rhein-Main / Mitte

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung der nationalen Apothekenstrategie in Deiner Region sowie aktive Unterstützung der operativen Weiterentwicklung des Apothekenkanals.·
  • Betreuung, Entwicklung und strategischer Ausbau wichtiger Apothekenpartner sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen.·
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Dexcom-Lösungen im Apothekenumfeld.·
  • Analyse regionaler Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends, Identifikation von Geschäftspotenzialen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen.Verantwortung für die regionale Performance sowie Sicherstellung der Erreichung definierter Vertriebs- und Geschäftsziele

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Apotheken-, Healthcare- oder FMCG-Umfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen Diabetes, MedTech oder Medical Devices.
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und der langfristigen Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung nationaler Strategien auf regionaler Ebene sowie ein unternehmerisches Verständnis für Wachstum und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Business Development, insbesondere in der Identifikation von Marktchancen und der Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen.
  • Analytische, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
