  • Strong understanding of P2P policies, financial controls, approval frameworks, segregation of duties, spend compliance, and operational risk management.
  • Experience establishing and managing operational KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, business reviews, and governance mechanisms to monitor P2P performance and operational health.
  • Proven ability to manage IT hardware and software categories, including renewals, licensing and cost avoidance.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities and translating them into scalable operational solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business functions.
  • Own and continuously improve IREN’s end-to-end P2P business operations, ensuring processes, technology, controls, and governance scale with business growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing P2P Business Operations team, establishing clear roles, operating mechanisms, performance expectations, and development priorities.
  • Partner with the Director, Supply Chain Business Operations to execute the P2P roadmap and translate broader Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy into operational priorities, programs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and manage P2P operating mechanisms, KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, business reviews, and governance cadences to provide visibility into operational health, compliance, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across requisitioning, purchasing, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, invoicing, approvals, and payment-related workflows.
  • Responsible for driving cost optimization and supplier management for IT category management across Hardware, software and SaaS.
  • Partner with Finance to strengthen alignment across P2P planning, budgets, commitments, accruals, forecasts, invoices, and actual spend.
  • Own and continuously improve T&E business operations, including travel, expense policies and compliance controls.
  • Identify process gaps, controlling weaknesses, operational risks, dependencies, and automation opportunities across the P2P lifecycle and drive solutions through implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to translate complex operational requirements into scalable process, data, technology, and control solutions.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of P2P platforms, ERP capabilities, workflow automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain P2P policies, controls, approval frameworks, and compliance mechanisms that support effective financial governance while enabling business velocity.
  • Analyze P2P performance and operational data to identify trends, root causes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Lead cross-functional P2P programs from requirements and solution design through implementation, change management, adoption, and performance measurement.
  • Serve as an escalation and resolution leader for complex P2P operational issues impacting suppliers, internal stakeholders, or company-wide operations.
  • Partner with Strategy & Transformation and technology teams to ensure future-state capabilities address current operational pain points while supporting IREN’s long-term P2P roadmap.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
