Resumen del puesto (Job Summary)

Buscamos Aprendiz Administrativo para apoyar nuestra operación presencial en Dosquebradas, con participación en actividades de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, administración y bienestar.

Durante tu etapa productiva apoyarás la documentación y seguimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, actividades de prevención de riesgos, procesos administrativos de la sede y acciones de bienestar para los colaboradores.

Lo que harás (What You’ll Do – Responsabilidades)

  • Apoyar la documentación, seguimiento y ejecución de actividades del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
  • Participar en inspecciones y actividades orientadas a la prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación relacionada con Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
  • Apoyar procesos de cumplimiento normativo y auditorías internas.
  • Reportar al área de mantenimiento condiciones inseguras identificadas dentro de la operación.
  • Apoyar actividades administrativas de la sucursal Pereira.
  • Realizar seguimiento a procesos administrativos y documentación de la sede.
  • Apoyar el manejo de caja menor y legalización de dineros.
  • Participar en actividades de bienestar para los colaboradores.

Lo que necesitas (What You’ll Bring – Requisitos)

  • Estar cursando un programa profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Contar con disponibilidad para realizar la práctica de manera presencial en Dosquebradas.
  • Contar con aval de tu institución educativa para realizar contrato de aprendizaje.
  • No haber firmado previamente un contrato de aprendizaje, de acuerdo con el requisito indicado para esta posición.
  • Interés en desarrollar experiencia en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, procesos administrativos y bienestar.
  • Organización, atención al detalle, disposición para aprender y trabajo en equipo.
