Financial Performance & Business Partnering

  • Strategischer Sparringspartner des Managements bei der Steuerung und Optimierung der gruppenweiten finanziellen Performance
  • Verantwortung und Koordination der Controlling-Aktivitäten für nationale und internationale Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung hochwertiger Management-Reports, Abweichungsanalysen und entscheidungsrelevanter Insights für das Top-Management
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Performance-Verbesserungsinitiativen

Monats-, Jahresabschluss & Financial Reporting

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das monatliche Reporting inkl. Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit, Termintreue und Transparenz
  • Aktive Einbindung in den Jahresabschlussprozess sowie Koordination interner Fachbereiche und externer Partner (z. B. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater)
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-Strukturen und Erhöhung der finanziellen Transparenz

Risiko- & Chancenmanagement

  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sowie Risikocontrolling zur frühzeitigen Identifikation finanzieller Risiken und Chancen
  • Bewertung potenzieller Auswirkungen auf die Geschäftsentwicklung und Ableitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Laufende Überwachung finanzieller Risiken, Abweichungen und Sensitivitäten

Budgetierung, Forecasting & Prozessoptimierung

  • Unterstützung und Koordination der Budgetplanung sowie rollierender Forecasts auf Abteilungs- und Unternehmensebene
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Budget- und Forecastprozesse zur Steigerung der Planungsgenauigkeit und Business-Relevanz
  • Weiterentwicklung des Budgetprozesses, insbesondere durchEinführung strukturierter Abteilungsbudgets Implementierung rollierender Forecasts zur verbesserten finanziellen Steuerung

Sales Controlling & Performance Management

  • Entwicklung, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Optimierung vertriebsbezogener KPIs zur Bewertung der Sales-Performance
  • Finanzielle Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Forecasts, Budgetplanung und regelmäßigem Performance-Reporting
  • Analyse von Vertriebsprofitabilität, Pricing und Margenentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Supply Chain

ESG & Nachhaltigkeitsreporting

  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des ESG- bzw. Nachhaltigkeitsreportings
  • Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele in den Bereichen Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
  • Integration von Nachhaltigkeits-KPIs in das finanzielle Reporting und die Management-Entscheidungsfindung

Digitalisierung & bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

  • Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Controlling-Prozesse innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Vorantreiben von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen mit Power BI, SAP und LucaNet
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics und dem Management Board

Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im FMCG-, Handels- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, Power BI und LucaNet
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting und Performance-Analysen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und strukturierte Denkweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Business-Partner-Mentalität mit proaktivem, hands-on Ansatz und hoher Eigenverantwortung
