  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-jurisdictional compliance programs, ideally covering North America and India.
  • Working knowledge of global data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, and applicable US state privacy laws.
  • Knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC/FCPA) requirements and corporate entity governance.
  • Experience owning or leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance audits and attestations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to establish, implement, and scale compliance processes and programs from the ground up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or relevant professional certifications, such as CIPP/CIPM, CCEP, CRCM, or CISA.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company, preferably within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and emerging regulatory requirements, including NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), ISO 42001, and the EU AI Act.
  • Exposure to regulatory environments involving utilities, energy, pipelines, telecommunications, or other critical infrastructure industries.
  • Experience implementing or administering governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms, such as Vanta, Drata, or OneTrust.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
