1、跟踪金融市场、监管政策及行业竞争格局，协助信贷产品策划创新；参与市场调研与竞品分析，挖掘用户信贷需求，协助输出产品规划方案； 2、参与信贷业务平台规划设计与迭代优化，协助AI模块落地，配合将AI能力融入信贷全流程，提升产品智能化与用户体验； 3、协助开展产品需求全流程管理，在指导下输出原型、编写PRD，跟进评审、开发、测试、上线等环节；学习运用AI工具提升产品设计产出效率； 4、参与产品运营数据分析，从商业价值、用户体验、业务效率识别优化方向，依托AI分析工具洞察用户、业务及风险特征，支撑产品迭代； 5、协同研发、风控、运营、合规等团队推进项目落地，跟踪AI+金融创新方向，探索信贷场景应用，助力公司数智化建设； 6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

1、计算机、人工智能、大数据、软件工程、信息管理、金融科技、经济金融、统计、应用数学等相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历；留学人员需取得教育部学历学位认证； 2、了解产品工作方法论，具备需求分析、原型设计、PRD撰写、项目推进基础能力；熟悉大模型、机器学习、NLP等AI基础技术，对AI+信贷产品具备浓厚兴趣，拥有良好的逻辑思维、市场洞察、数据敏感度与问题拆解能力； 3、会使用Axure、墨刀、XMind、Visio等产品工具者优先，愿意学习各类AI提效工具者优先； 4、学习能力强，工作自律主动、责任心强，具备优秀的沟通协作、跨团队联动及抗压能力，热爱消费金融业务，愿意长期深耕AI产品领域； 5、有信贷、金融科技、AI产品相关实习经历优先；参与过AI项目、平台建设、数据分析项目优先；熟悉信贷全业务流程及金融合规逻辑优先。
