1、参与基于开源技术的大数据平台架构设计与建设，结合湖仓一体化思路，实现数据高效存储与管理，学习平台高可用、可扩展、高性能的设计方法； 2、参与离线、实时数据系统研发，承担模块设计、技术调研及代码开发，协助落实数据资产管理、数据服务输出与数据治理相关工作； 3、协助开展大数据平台技术调研与选型，参与架构研讨，学习系统稳定性、时效性保障相关实践； 4、参与离线及实时数仓设计搭建，负责ETL/ELT流程开发维护，保障数据准确完整及时，支撑各业务场景数据分析； 5、协助搭建数据‑AI协同链路，配合完成算法框架数据支撑，为AI模型训练提供数据预处理与特征工程支持； 6、参与Hadoop、Spark、Flink等开源大数据组件调研评估，协助引入新技术、优化平台技术栈； 7、协同数据、算法及业务团队对接需求，提供技术支撑，保障项目有序推进； 8、参与大数据平台性能监测与运维，协助排查系统瓶颈与故障，学习性能优化手段，保障平台平稳运行； 9、完成领导交办的其他工作。

1、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；留学人员需取得教育部学历学位认证； 2、熟练掌握Java、Python、Scala、Go至少一种编程语言，具备良好编码规范与开发能力，有开源项目、技术博客者优先； 3、熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Hive、Kafka、Doris等主流大数据技术栈至少2-3项，了解核心原理与应用场景，有相关课程、实习或项目经验者优先； 4、了解湖仓一体化架构理念，熟悉Iceberg、Hudi、DeltaLake等存储格式，掌握ETL/ELT基础概念及Airflow、Sqoop等工具，有数仓开发实践经验者优先； 5、了解数据治理、元数据管理、数据质量等基础理论，具备数据预处理、特征工程等AI相关基础认知，有机器学习相关课程或项目经验者优先； 6、具备扎实的计算机基础知识与良好逻辑思维、自主学习能力，善于团队协作沟通，对大数据技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意持续深耕技术领域。
