Om rollen

Som ekonomiassistent hos iSales blir du en viktig del av vår ekonomifunktion och arbetar nära ledning och övriga interna avdelningar. Rollen är varierad och passar dig som trivs med struktur, siffror och administrativa processer.

Du kommer att arbeta i en dynamisk miljö där noggrannhet, effektivitet och god systemvana är avgörande. Hos oss möts du av ett inkluderande arbetsklimat med engagerade kollegor, högt tempo och stora möjligheter att utvecklas.

Ansvarsområden

I rollen kommer du bland annat att ansvara för:

  • Skapa och hantera fakturaunderlag
  • Upprätta och skicka kundfakturor
  • Hantering och kontroll av löneunderlag
  • Utföra lönekontroller och kvalitetssäkring i Excel
  • Säkerställa att underlag är korrekta och kompletta inför lönekörningar
  • Sammanställa, analysera och följa upp ekonomisk data
  • Arbeta med administrativa ekonomirutiner och intern uppföljning
  • Bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera interna processer och arbetssätt
  • Ha löpande kontakt med interna avdelningar för att säkerställa korrekta underlag

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom ekonomi, administration, lön eller fakturering

eller

  • Relevant högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller likvärdig utbildningsbakgrund

Vidare ser vi att du har:

  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och vana att arbeta med kontroller, uppföljning och analys i kalkylblad
  • God administrativ förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt
  • Förståelse för ekonomiska flöden och grundläggande bokföringskunskaper är meriterande
  • God systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt
