Du jobbar mot tydliga mål, mäts på resultat och förväntas ta fullt ansvar för din prestation. Arbetstiderna är flexibla, men det är utfallet som räknas.

Du står aldrig ensam vi ger dig struktur, coaching, uppföljning och verktyg för att prestera på hög nivå. Resten är upp till dig.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av telemarketing
  • Är självgående, tävlingsinriktad och hungrig på resultat
  • Trivs med ansvar och frihet i ett remote-upplägg
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska, både i tal och skrift
  • Har stabil och snabb internetuppkoppling
  • Är van att jobba mot tydliga mål, KPI:er och uppföljning
