1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday – Thursday
Upcoming Schedule Transition:As part of our ongoing manufacturing operations and staffing model, we anticipate transitioning to 12-hour shifts in 2027. Employees hired into manufacturing roles should be comfortable with extended workdays and schedules that may include weekends, overtime, and/or other operationally required schedule adjustments. Additional details regarding the 12-hour schedule will be communicated as the transition approaches. Shift schedules and assignments are subject to business and operational needs. Innovator Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or other related fields. Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting the team by working scheduled shifts. Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems. Problem solving skills to ask the right questions to uncover the root cause and deliver a well-thought-out result.

Competitive Compensation: Starting pay is $22.00 per hour for B-level positions, with an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential for employees working 2nd or 3rd shift. At Isola, all Production Employees are eligible for Skill Based Pay. What is Skill-Based Pay? Skill-based pay is a compensation system that rewards employees with additional pay in exchange for certification of the employee's mastery of skills, knowledge, and/or competencies. Employees are eligible for a pay increase on the first of the month of their seniority date. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
Most roles may require standing for extended periods, frequent bending, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds. You must be able to safely perform these duties during extended shifts, including potential 12-hour shifts as the schedule transitions.
