ispaceのPR情報を国内外の多様なステークホルダー（個人・法人・メディア・政府機関等）に広く発信し、ブランド認知・理解・共感を醸成させ、最終的にはispaceの企業価値を向上させるための、統合的な社外コミュニケーション戦略の立案・実行を統括。広報、Web、SNS、広告、イベントといったチャネルを横断しながら、社外へのストーリーテリングを一貫性と創造性をもって推進する。またホールディングスとして傘下の事業３エンティティ（日・米・欧）によるローカルレベルでのPRを統括し、グローバル横断的な整合性を持たせる。当社株主のマジョリティが国内個人投資家であることを鑑み、IRと日常的に連携して、シームレスなIR活動とPR活動の融合を図る。

レポートライン： ホールディングスCFO兼事業統括エグゼクティブへのダイレクト・レポート

チーム構成：アメリカ人2名、ドイツ人1名、日本人2名（うち1名は帰国子女）

勤務地： 東京

【主な業務内容】

  • ispaceの社外ブランディング・コミュニケーションに関する中長期的なコミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行
  • プレスリリース、Webサイト、SNS、イベント、広告等を活用した一貫したメッセージ発信
  • エンジニアや技術部門との密な連携による、テクニカルな情報の一般層向けメッセージ・表現への転換と発信
  • IR部門との密な連携による、IR活動とPR活動のシームレスな連携及び、IR活動（四半期決算等）での協働
  • 国内外メディアとの関係構築、取材対応、記者発表や発表会の統括
  • 日・米・欧の３事業エンティティとの協働による、グローバルなコミュニケーション活動の企画・運営と統制
  • グローバルなチームメンバー（日本人・外国人）を巻き込んだ英語でのプロジェクトマネジメントおよび育成

【応募要件】

  • 社外広報、ブランドコミュニケーション、PRいずれかの領域で10年以上の実務経験
  • グローバルメンバーを含む３名以上の部下のマネジメント経験
  • 事業や技術内容を一般向けにわかりやすく伝えるスキル
  • グローバルメンバーとの協働経験、および多文化理解力
  • 日本語スキル：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルのスキル（会話・読み書き）
  • 英語スキル：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルのスキル（会話・読み書き）

  • 広報ツール（CMS、SNS管理ツール、メディアデータベース等）の活用経験

【就業条件】

  • 概ね、週の半分ほどの本社でのフィジカル勤務（東京日本橋）と、半分のリモート勤務のハイブリッド
  • フィジカル勤務を増やすことは各自の裁量で可能。一方、開始当初6カ月程は、チームマネジメントと会社理解のために、よりフィジカル出社を重視した勤務を依頼したい（但しフレキシブルに要相談）
