ISS International S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/una Quality Control Welding Inspector & NDT per attività di supervisione e controllo qualità nell’ambito di un importante progetto industriale nel settore Energy, relativo a interventi di trasformazione e ammodernamento di impianti di raffinazione nell’area di Venezia, con particolare riferimento alla transizione energetica e alla produzione di carburanti sostenibili.

Descrizione del ruolo:

La risorsa sarà responsabile della supervisione e del controllo qualità delle attività di saldatura e dei controlli non distruttivi (NDT) durante le fasi di fabbricazione, costruzione e pre-commissioning, operando a supporto del coordinamento Quality Control di progetto.

Assicurerà la conformità delle attività alle specifiche tecniche, ai requisiti contrattuali, ai codici internazionali applicabili e ai piani di controllo qualità (QCP e ITP), collaborando con i team di costruzione, ingegneria e Quality Control.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Verificare la corretta applicazione delle Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) e la validità delle qualifiche PQR, WPS e WPQ
  • Monitorare la qualifica e l'abilitazione dei saldatori e degli operatori NDT, assicurando la corretta identificazione e tracciabilità delle saldature, dei materiali e delle weld maps
  • Supervisionare le attività di controlli non distruttivi (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) e, ove richiesto, PMI e Hardness Test, verificando il rispetto delle percentuali di controllo previste dalle specifiche
  • Verificare l'esecuzione dei trattamenti termici post-saldatura (PWHT) e monitorare le performance dei saldatori attraverso l'analisi dei repair rates e dei risultati NDT
  • Coordinare e monitorare le ispezioni durante le attività di fit-up, saldatura, PWHT, NDT, pressure test e mechanical completion
  • Gestire gli Hold Points, Witness Points e Review Points previsti dagli Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
  • Verificare la conformità delle attività ai requisiti ASME, API, ASTM, ISO e PED applicabili
  • Monitorare eventuali non conformità (NCR), verificare l'efficacia delle azioni correttive e supportare le attività di Root Cause Analysis e Lessons Learned
  • Verificare la completezza e la tracciabilità della documentazione qualità, inclusi Welding Books, NDT Reports, PWHT Reports, Material Certificates e Inspection Reports
  • Supportare la preparazione dei Manufacturing Data Books e Quality Dossiers

Requisiti:

  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza professionale nei settori Oil & Gas, Energy o progetti industriali complessi
  • Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in attività QA/QC Construction
  • Almeno 8 anni di esperienza specifica nel controllo qualità delle saldature e dei controlli non distruttivi (Welding/NDT Quality Control)
  • Solida conoscenza delle normative e degli standard ASME, API, PED e ISO 9001
  • Ottima conoscenza delle procedure di saldatura, delle qualifiche dei saldatori, delle tecniche NDT e della documentazione di controllo qualità
  • Costituiscono titolo preferenziale certificazioni CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWI, ISO 9712 Level II o III, nonché eventuali certificazioni NACE
  • Precisione, capacità analitiche e ottime competenze organizzative
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di coordinarsi efficacemente con team multidisciplinari
  • Residenza o domicilio nell'area di Venezia, oppure disponibilità a trasferirsi autonomamente

Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A., per l'intera durata dell'incarico.

Periodo di attività: 14 mesi, fino a dicembre 2027

Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno, 5 giorni a settimana

Modalità di lavoro: full time in presenza presso Venezia, per l'intera durata dell'incarico

Range RAL: 25.000–35.000 EUR, da definire in base all'esperienza e alle competenze della risorsa selezionata

Vitto e alloggio: non forniti. Eventuali spese di trasferimento, vitto e alloggio saranno a carico della risorsa selezionata.
