ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un QC Mechanical Supervisor per attività presso un primario sito di processo/produzione nell’area di Venezia

La risorsa ha la responsabilità di responsabile della supervisione di tutte le attività di Quality Control relative alle discipline meccaniche, con particolare riferimento a: Macchine rotanti, Package equipment, Apparecchiature statiche e Sistemi ausiliari meccanici.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Supervisionare ispettori QC Mechanical, specialisti package equipment e le attività ispettive di Terze Parti.
  • Supportare il QA/QC Manager nella definizione delle priorità ispettive e segnalare deviazioni critiche
  • Monitorare l'applicazione di PQP, QCP, ITP e procedure di progetto.
  • Verificare e supervisionare che installazione, conservazione, movimentazione e assemblaggio di macchine rotanti, apparecchiature statiche e package equipment siano conformi alle istruzioni del costruttore e alla documentazione approvata.
  • Garantire il completamento delle attività di costruzione, la verifica della qualità delle installazioni meccaniche, la preparazione dei Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC), la verifica dei Mechanical Completion Dossiers (MCD), la chiusura punch list di categoria A e B, il trasferimento della documentazione al team di Commissioning.
  • Richiedere l'emissione di NCR, verificare l'efficacia delle azioni correttive implementate e supportare Root Cause Analysis e Lessons Learned. Verificare completezza, correttezza e archiviazione dei Quality Records, con particolare riferimento a: Inspection Reports, Release Notes, Material Certificates, Mechanical Test Reports, Vendor Reports, Preservation Records, Alignment Reports, Punch Lists.

Requisiti principali:

  • Almeno 10 di esperienza in impianti di Raffinazione, Petrolchimici, Oil & Gas, o simili
  • Almeno 5 anni in ruoli QC Maccanico con esperienza diretta su macchine rotanti e package equipment
  • Conoscente tecniche: ASME, API, ISO 9001, ISO 1940, ISO 10816 / ISO 20816, Mechanical Completion Systems

  • Luogo di lavoro: Venezia Inizio previsto: ASAP Durata: fino a dicembre 2027, con possibilità di estensione Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno / 5 giorni alla settimana Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. CCNL applicato: Cisal Terziario Commercio
  • Fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €30.000 e €35.000, definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
  • Trattamenti economici accessori (Superminimo, etc...): saranno valutati in funzione del profilo professionale, dell’esperienza e delle specifiche condizioni applicabili al progetto.
  • Vitto, alloggio e trasporti: non sono forniti e rimangono a cura della risorsa. Saranno fornite indennità in relazione alle esigenze del candidato.
