Vi söker dig som älskar och brinner för försäljning, som vill arbeta på ett kontor med andra affärsdrivna konsultchefer, i en miljö som speglar en framåt anda.

Du behöver gilla siffror, samt att kunna påverka din egen lön utifrån prestation.

Arbetet sker främst genom dator & telefonen som arbetsredskap.

Kompetens inom yrket, alternativt andra erfarenheter väger tungt, och är självklart viktigt. En annan viktig del är såklart dina personliga egenskaper. En positiv mental inställning till att arbeta ihop med andra, och viljan att alltid skapa goda affärer och förutsättningar.

Ansvarsområden:

Nykundssäljare, vilket innebär att boka kundmöten samt uppsökande av nya kunder.

Skapande av långsiktiga relationer, med både nya kunder samt nya konsulter.

Personalansvar för konsulter.

Ansvara för kundkontakten samt att konsulterna har det bra på arbetsplatsen.

Löpande kundkontakt genom mejl, telefon och möten för att utveckla samt förbättra samarbetet.

Meriterande:

Tidigare arbetslivserfarenheter inom sälj samt rekrytering är starkt meriterande.

God social kompetens och kommunikations förmåga.

Ledarskaps egenskaper.
