ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un Civil Works / Building Supervisor – Plant per attività di supervisione lavori civili e building nell’ambito di un importante progetto industriale presso un primario impianto nell’area di Venezia.

La ricerca è rivolta a professionisti dinamici, con esperienza nella supervisione e nel coordinamento di attività civili in ambito Oil & Gas e impiantistico, abituati a operare direttamente in sito e a interfacciarsi con imprese, subcontractor e differenti discipline di progetto.

Ruolo: Civil Works / Building Supervisor – Plant Luogo di lavoro: Area di Venezia – sito industriale Inizio previsto: Settembre / Ottobre 2026 Durata iniziale: circa 3 mesi, fino al 31 dicembre 2026 Possibile estensione: incarico rinnovabile fino a una durata complessiva di circa 12 mesi, in funzione delle esigenze e dell’avanzamento del progetto Orario di lavoro: full time, attività prevalentemente in sito Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. CCNL applicato: Cisal Terziario Commercio

Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €35.000, definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.

Potranno inoltre essere valutati ulteriori trattamenti economici accessori e/o indennità, in funzione del profilo professionale, dell’esperienza e delle specifiche condizioni applicabili al progetto.

Non sono previsti rimborsi o coperture per viaggio, vitto, alloggio e trasporti, che rimangono interamente a carico della risorsa. L’opportunità è pertanto particolarmente indicata per candidati già residenti o domiciliati nell’area di Venezia e zone limitrofe, oppure autonomi dal punto di vista logistico.

Principali attività

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Construction e seguirà direttamente le attività relative alle opere civili e building all’interno del sito industriale, occupandosi in particolare di:

  • Supervisione delle attività civili, edili e strutturali eseguite dalle imprese operanti in sito;
  • Monitoraggio quotidiano dell’avanzamento dei lavori rispetto al programma previsto;
  • Verifica della corretta esecuzione delle attività nel rispetto di disegni, specifiche tecniche, procedure e standard di progetto;
  • Coordinamento operativo delle imprese e dei subcontractor coinvolti nelle attività civili;
  • Controllo delle attività relative a fondazioni, strutture, carpenterie, edifici, pavimentazioni, opere in calcestruzzo e interventi civili di impianto;
  • Individuazione e gestione delle criticità operative in collaborazione con Construction Management e discipline tecniche coinvolte;
  • Verifica della disponibilità dei fronti di lavoro e supporto al coordinamento delle attività di cantiere;
  • Monitoraggio del rispetto delle tempistiche, degli standard qualitativi e delle prescrizioni HSE;
  • Partecipazione a riunioni di avanzamento e coordinamento con le differenti funzioni di progetto;
  • Predisposizione e aggiornamento della documentazione e dei report relativi all’avanzamento delle attività di competenza.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Pregressa esperienza come Civil Supervisor, Civil Works Supervisor, Building Supervisor, Construction Supervisor o in ruoli analoghi;
  • Esperienza maturata su impianti Oil & Gas, petrolchimici, energetici, raffinerie o progetti EPC industriali;
  • Solida conoscenza delle principali attività di costruzione civile e building in ambito industriale;
  • Capacità di coordinamento operativo di imprese e subcontractor;
  • Capacità di lettura e comprensione di disegni civili, strutturali e documentazione tecnica di progetto;
  • Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche di cantiere e delle procedure HSE applicabili ai siti industriali;
  • Dinamismo, autonomia operativa e capacità di problem solving;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di coordinamento;
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana, sia parlata che scritta;
  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare stabilmente presso un sito industriale nell’area di Venezia.
