ISS International Spa ricerca docenti per un percorso di reskilling di risorse operative da un impianto petrolchimico ad un processo di produzione di batterie per sistemi di accumulo (BESS) a Brindisi.

I partecipanti hanno per la maggior parte una scolarità abbastanza bassa, seppur in diversi abbiano una elevata esperienza lavorativa alle spalle.

Il programma non è definitivo in termini di contenuti di dettaglio e suddivisione temporale dei singoli argomenti, ma deve comunque ruotare attorno a questi temi principali:

- Richiami di chimica e fisica

- Assemblamento Meccanico

- Pneumatica

- Elettrotecnica e elettrochimica

- Batterie e introduzione al BESS

L’erogazione del progetto, in presenza a Brindisi con avvio il 16/11/2026 per un impegno fino al 04/02/2027 con la sosta delle vacanze natalizie.

Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. CCNL applicato: CISAL Terziario Commercio Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €35.000. Sono inoltre previsti eventuali trattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità sul territorio, ove applicabili, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative previste per il progetto.

La retribuzione e gli eventuali trattamenti accessori saranno definiti sulla base di esperienza, competenze, inquadramento applicabile e criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
