ISS International Spa è alla ricerca di un HSE Manager per il Extremely Large Telescope (ELT) Project a Cerro Armazones, Cile.

L’abilitazione e una pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di RSPP sono considerati un valore aggiunto.

Attività

- Coordinare e monitorare l’attività HSE in cantiere fornendo corrette linee guida in ambito HSE previo studio della normativa estera in materia di sicurezza

- Elaborare, implementare e aggiornare le politiche e i programmi HSE, garantendo la conformità alle normative vigenti e l'adozione delle migliori pratiche

- Pianificare e condurre programmi di formazione HSE per il personale aziendale, al fine di promuovere la consapevolezza e il coinvolgimento nella gestione dei rischi e nella prevenzione degli incidenti.

- Monitorare costantemente le prestazioni HSE attraverso audit, ispezioni in Cantiere e analisi dei dati, identificando e gestendo le aree di miglioramento.

- Assicurare una rapida risposta agli incidenti e alle emergenze, conducendo indagini dettagliate, identificando le cause radici e implementando azioni correttive.

- Mantenere rapporti efficaci con le autorità di regolamentazione HSE, garantendo la conformità normativa e la gestione delle relazioni istituzionali

  • Sede di lavoro: Cerro Armazones (Cile)
  • Inizio previsto: ASAP
  • Durata: 12 mesi, estendibile fino a 20 circa
  • Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno, 5 giorni a settimana; previsti straordinari
  • Rotazione: 90 gg ON / 15 gg OFF + i giorni di viaggio
  • Modalità di lavoro: full time, in presenza
  • Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A.
  • CCNL applicato: Cisal Terziario Commercio
  • Inquadramento indicativo: B2
  • Fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €30.000 circa (lordi annui), definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
  • Indennità estero: è previsto un trattamento economico aggiuntivo correlato all'assegnazione all'estero, in funzione della sede di destinazione e delle condizioni dell'incarico.
