ISS International S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/una Piping Works Supervisor per un importante progetto industriale in ambito Oil & Gas nella provincia di Pavia.

La risorsa si occuperà della supervisione dei lavori di piping, dalle fasi di installazione fino alle attività di avviamento, verificando che siano eseguiti in conformità con il programma di progetto, il budget, i disegni, le specifiche tecniche e gli standard applicabili.

Attività principali: • Verifica della corretta esecuzione delle attività di fabbricazione e montaggio piping in conformità con disegni di progetto, specifiche tecniche, codici e standard internazionali applicabili; • Verifica della certificazione e conformità dei materiali utilizzati rispetto alle specifiche di progetto e agli standard applicabili; • Monitoraggio dell’esecuzione delle opere di piping rispetto al programma di progetto e al budget, con evidenza di eventuali deviazioni e proposta di azioni correttive; • Verifica della corretta esecuzione delle operazioni di lavaggio, collaudo e ripristino piping in conformità con disegni, documenti, specifiche e/o procedure aziendali; • Assistenza ai test di costruzione e pre-commissioning, con approvazione delle relative schede di controllo qualità, ove previsto dal Piano di Controllo Qualità; • Validazione dell’avanzamento lavori relativo alle attività di competenza; • Verifica della corretta identificazione, integrazione nella master punch list e chiusura delle punch list relative ai lavori di piping; • Supporto tecnico, analisi delle problematiche di campo e individuazione di soluzioni tecniche.

Requisiti: • Esperienza minima di 15 anni nei settori Oil & Gas, Energy, Refinery o impiantistica di processo, nelle fasi di installazione, completamento meccanico, pre-commissioning, commissioning e avviamento; • Solida esperienza nella supervisione di attività di piping in ambito industriale; • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella supervisione di subappaltatori; • Conoscenza di base dei sistemi di gestione qualità QA/QC applicati alla costruzione; • Conoscenza delle metodologie di misurazione e delle quantità di materiali, finalizzate al controllo dell’avanzamento lavori; • Buone capacità di coordinamento, problem solving operativo e attenzione a qualità, tempi e sicurezza.

Dettagli della posizione: • Sede di lavoro: provincia di Pavia • Data di inizio: giugno 2026 • Durata: 12 mesi, con possibilità di rinnovo • Orario di lavoro: full time in presenza, 5 giorni a settimana / 8 ore al giorno • Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. • CCNL applicato: CISAL Terziario Commercio • Inquadramento indicativo: B2 • Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €27.000. Sono inoltre previsti eventuali trattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità sul territorio, ove applicabili, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative previste per il progetto.

La retribuzione e gli eventuali trattamenti accessori saranno definiti sulla base di esperienza, competenze, inquadramento applicabile e criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
