ISS International Spa è alla ricerca di un Planner per della realizzazione di impianti a energia rinnovabile abbiamo la necessità di approvvigionare un servizio di Planning a supporto della gestione e del monitoraggio dei progetti EPC durante le fasi di costruzione..

Principali attività:

• Preparazione e gestione delle schedule di progetto EPC;

• sviluppo e mantenimento della baseline di progetto;

• costruzione della logica delle attività e delle relative relazioni;

• identificazione e monitoraggio del Critical Path;

• aggiornamento periodico del programma sulla base dello stato di avanzamento effettivo delle attività;

• analisi degli scostamenti tra Baseline, Actual Progress e Forecast, individuazione delle relative cause e formulazione di eventuali Recovery Plan / Mitigation Plan;

• preparazione di Progress Report, KPI, S-Curve e Management Reporting;

• alimentazione e aggiornamento dei sistemi informatici aziendali;

• raccolta, verifica e validazione dei dati di avanzamento provenienti dal progetto e dal cantiere;

• interfaccia quotidiana con Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Team, Engineering, Procurement e Contractor, al fine di garantire un programma di progetto aggiornato, coerente e affidabile.

Requisiti del servizio:

• Senior Planner con almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel Planning e Project Controls, maturata su progetti EPC/EPCM;

• ottima padronanza di MS Project e del pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel;

• solida conoscenza di WBS, CPM, Critical Path, Baseline, Progress Measurement, Forecasting e Schedule Analysis;

• capacità di analisi, problem solving e forte attenzione ai dettagli;

• capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con le diverse funzioni di progetto e con le figure operative di cantiere;

• costituisce requisito preferenziale una solida esperienza nel settore Renewable Energy, in particolare fotovoltaico, eolico, BESS e/o sottostazioni elettriche.

- Durata: fino al 30/04/2027 con possibile rinnovo di 6 mesi

- Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno / 5 giorni alla settimana

• Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. • CCNL applicato: CISAL Terziario Commercio • Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €30.000. Sono inoltre previsti eventuali trattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità sul territorio, ove applicabili, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative previste per il progetto.
