ISS International ricerca n.2 Senior Field Operator per l’avviamento e la produzione di un impianto pilota per riciclare chimicamente il PET e produrre l’intermedio BHET da polimerizzare per dare nuovo “virgin like” PET.

Attività ed esperienza richiesta:

  • Eseguire le attività di Commissioning, avviamento e gestione operativa presso il sito. Assicurarsi che l'esecuzione delle attività sia conforme alle procedure operative pertinenti, ai requisiti HSE e alle tempistiche previste.
  • Eseguire le attività di manutenzione e ispezione per garantire la sicurezza operativa nel relativo ambito di competenza.
  • Gestire/monitorare i processi e i sistemi di servizio dell'impianto in modo efficace e sicuro.
  • Facilitare la manutenzione ordinaria mediante isolamenti e ripristini, in collaborazione con l'operatore della sala di controllo e il responsabile di produzione.
  • Riconoscere il coinvolgimento del proprio ruolo lavorativo nel sistema di permessi di lavoro e verificare le misure di sicurezza descritte nel permesso di lavoro per il proprio ruolo, inclusa la preparazione e il ripristino dell'area.
  • Identificare e controllare i pericoli per evitare danni ad attrezzature, personale e ambiente.
  • Eseguire frequenti osservazioni sulla sicurezza e sulla qualità sul campo e segnala i risultati.
  • Monitorare e registrare i parametri operativi dell'impianto tramite il campo e il PLC.
  • Prendere decisioni sull'arresto delle apparecchiature in base all'esperienza e alle situazioni anomale.
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie per operare i sistemi di processo e di automazione (SAT, I-O Check, Functional Check, Start-Up) e conoscenza delle tecniche di Troubleshooting.
  • Attitudine e motivazione a trovare soluzioni per il miglioramento continuo del processo nell’ottica di realizzazione dell’impianto industriale.
  • Esperienza: Esperienza come operatori di reparto e avviamento impianti nel settore industriale preferibilmente chimico, petrolchimico. Con almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel settore.

  • Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €35.000, definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
