ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un Senior Project Planner per attività di Project Planning nell’ambito della fase di execution di un importante progetto di sviluppo industriale nell'area di Livorno.

La ricerca è rivolta a professionisti senior con consolidata esperienza nella pianificazione e nel controllo dell’avanzamento di progetti industriali complessi, con particolare riferimento alle fasi di construction/erection e commissioning, preferibilmente maturata nei settori Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Energy, EPC o impiantistica industriale.

CCNL applicato: Cisal Terziario Commercio

Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €35.000, definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.

Potranno inoltre essere valutati ulteriori trattamenti economici accessori e/o indennità, in funzione del profilo professionale, dell’esperienza e delle specifiche condizioni applicabili al progetto.

Vitto, alloggio e trasporti non sono forniti e rimangono a carico della risorsa. L’opportunità è pertanto particolarmente indicata per candidati già residenti o domiciliati nell’area di Livorno e zone limitrofe, oppure autonomi dal punto di vista logistico.

Principali attività

La risorsa sarà inserita nell’ambito del Project Management / Project Control e seguirà le attività di pianificazione durante la fase di execution del progetto, con particolare attenzione alle attività di erection e commissioning, occupandosi in particolare di:

  • Elaborazione, aggiornamento e monitoraggio dei programmi e cronoprogrammi di progetto;
  • Pianificazione e controllo delle attività durante le fasi di construction, erection e commissioning;
  • Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento fisico delle attività rispetto alla baseline, alle milestone e alle scadenze contrattuali;
  • Analisi degli scostamenti tra avanzamento previsto ed effettivo e individuazione delle eventuali criticità;
  • Aggiornamento dei programmi di lavoro e predisposizione di forecast e scenari previsionali;
  • Analisi del critical path e delle principali interdipendenze tra attività e discipline;
  • Predisposizione di report periodici, curve di avanzamento, KPI e documentazione di planning;
  • Raccolta, verifica e consolidamento delle informazioni provenienti dalle diverse discipline, dai contractor e dalle funzioni coinvolte nel progetto;
  • Supporto al Project Management nella valutazione dello stato di avanzamento e delle priorità operative;
  • Utilizzo e aggiornamento dei sistemi di pianificazione e degli strumenti gestionali e di reporting di progetto.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in attività di Project Planning / Project Control su progetti industriali complessi;
  • Esperienza significativa nella pianificazione di progetti in fase di execution, preferibilmente durante attività di construction, erection e commissioning;
  • Provenienza preferenziale dai settori Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Energy, EPC o impiantistica industriale;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali processi di project scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting e critical path analysis;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Primavera P6;
  • Buona/ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Project;
  • Conoscenza di SAP;
  • Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel;
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di standard, procedure e metodologie di Project Management e Project Control adottate da primari operatori internazionali del settore Energy;
  • Ottime capacità analitiche, organizzative e di coordinamento;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare stabilmente presso Livorno per l'intera durata prevista dell'incarico.
