ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un Warehouse Superintendent per attività di gestione, supervisione e coordinamento delle operazioni di magazzino e dei flussi di materiali nell'ambito di un importante progetto industriale presso un sito situato a Robassomero (TO).

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione complessiva delle attività di magazzino, assicurando il corretto coordinamento delle operazioni di ricezione, controllo, stoccaggio, movimentazione e distribuzione dei materiali destinati alle attività di progetto.

Il Warehouse Superintendent garantirà la corretta tracciabilità dei materiali, il controllo delle giacenze e la disponibilità dei componenti necessari all'avanzamento delle attività, coordinando il personale operativo di magazzino e interfacciandosi con le principali funzioni di progetto.

Ruolo: Warehouse Superintendent Luogo di lavoro: Robassomero (TO) – sito industriale Modalità di lavoro: full time, in presenza continuativa presso il sito Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno, 5 giorni alla settimana, dal lunedì al venerdì; eventuali attività nel weekend saranno richieste esclusivamente in casi eccezionali e preventivamente concordate.

Durata: fino al 31/12/2026, rinnovabile almeno fino 12 mesi, con possibilità di successive estensioni Tipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo determinato presso ISS International S.p.A. CCNL applicato: Cisal Terziario Commercio

Retribuzione iniziale / fascia retributiva prevista: RAL indicativa compresa tra €25.000 e €35.000, definita sulla base di esperienza, competenze e inquadramento applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.

Potranno inoltre essere valutati ulteriori trattamenti economici accessori e/o indennità, in funzione del profilo professionale, dell'esperienza e delle specifiche condizioni applicabili al progetto.

Vitto, alloggio e trasporti non sono forniti e rimangono a carico della risorsa. L'opportunità è pertanto particolarmente indicata per candidati già residenti o domiciliati nell'area di Torino, Robassomero e zone limitrofe, oppure autonomi dal punto di vista logistico.

Principali attività

  • Gestire e supervisionare le attività di ricezione, controllo, stoccaggio, movimentazione e distribuzione dei materiali, coordinando il personale operativo di magazzino;
  • Garantire la corretta identificazione, tracciabilità, conservazione e gestione delle giacenze;
  • Verificare la corrispondenza tra materiali ricevuti e relativa documentazione, gestendo eventuali discrepanze, shortage o non conformità;
  • Coordinarsi con le funzioni di Construction, Procurement, Material Management, Logistics e Quality Control per garantire la continuità delle attività operative;
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure HSE e Quality applicabili alle attività di magazzino.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Warehouse Superintendent, Warehouse Manager, Senior Warehouse Supervisor o equivalenti in ambito industriale;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di magazzini, materiali, giacenze e personale operativo;
  • Buona conoscenza delle principali procedure di magazzino e dei sistemi ERP / WMS.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale

  • Esperienza maturata in progetti EPC, cantieri industriali, Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical o settori affini;
  • Conoscenza di SAP e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
