Administrateur système aux Projets

Responsabilités principales

  • Implanter et migrer des serveurs et des infrastructures réseaux ;
  • Migration vers le nuage (serveurs, Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
  • Administrer et entretenir des réseaux informatiques ;
  • Respect des échéanciers prévus
  • Proposer des solutions à la suite d’un diagnostic technique de haut niveau
  • Vérifier les solutions proposées et transmettre les informations et correctifs au département des ventes
  • Communiquer à l’équipe la progression des dossiers en cours
  • Participer à la réflexion d’ajout de nouveaux produits en faisant le pont entre le produit, la manière de l’intégrer et la faisabilité de rendre ce produit disponible comme produit de vente
  • Effectuer le support post projet ou déléguer à des collègues en veillant à transmettre toutes les informations nécessaires
  • Création et maintien d’une documentation complète (procédures, schémas) en lien avec l’exécution des projets client.
  • Création de formation vidéo pour utilisation interne
  • Audit d’infrastructure informatique et production de rapport de recommandation

Connaissances et compétences requises:

  • Essentiel – 5 années d’expérience minimum en administration d’infrastructure et système
  • Essentiel – Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, orale et écrite
  • Excellentes connaissances de : Windows 7/10/11
  • Connaissances approfondies en infrastructures Lan, Wan et Cloud
  • Très bonnes connaissances en réseautique (VPN, VLAN, DNS, WiFi, etc.)
  • Excellentes connaissances de Windows Server de 2008R2 à 2022 (Active Directory, GPO, partages, rôles DNS, DHCP, RDS/TS, FileServer, VHDX, IIS).
  • Excellentes connaissances des différents modèles de pare-feu
  • Excellentes connaissances des DNS (création, modification, traçage, débogage)
  • Très bonnes connaissances de la plateforme Web de Microsoft 365 et outils de migration
  • Très bonnes connaissances de divers logiciels de sauvegarde et du stockage (SAN, NAS).
  • Excellente connaissance de la virtualisation (VSphere, Hyper-V)
  • Excellente connaissance Exchange (PowerShell)

Atouts : VMWare, Azure (AZ-900, MS-900 et SC-900), Microsoft SQL; logiciels ConnectWise (Manage, Automate); PowerShell; HyperV; téléphonie IP (3CX, Avaya); Linux, Ubuntu, Certifications ITIL.
