The posting

Our client:

Our client is a global leading company in its industry. They are looking for a high caliber Accountant to join their team.

Your role:

  • Handle various general accounting functions, including accounts payable, general expenses, fixed assets, debit notes, and other daily accounting operations.
  • Take responsibility for vendor payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Reconcile vendor statements and promptly address any vendor inquiries related to finance.
  • Prepare vouchers, facilitate payments, and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on a timely basis, providing accurate and up-to-date financial information to support decision-making.
  • Perform additional accounting-related duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Degree holding in Accountancy or equivalent
  • With 2-3 years of working experience across multinational environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, practical experience on SAP
  • Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
