Our client:

Our client is a Market leading company in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber Senior Marketing Manager to join their energetic team.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute all market strategies including of ATL/BTL and communication plans to deliver annual target and gain market share.
  • Conceptualize, conduct research to understand target audiences, develop and execute marketing strategies and marketing content with key messages to achieve campaign objective and hence KPI.
  • Establishing Brand positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Work on annual A&P budget planning with monthly monitoring and control
  • Work closely with marketing team and designers on visual materials for online and social media platform, ensure align with brand guidelines
  • Drive effective team management to reach team KPIs. Develop and coach a team of marketing professionals to perform under high morale and productivity.
  • Conduct market researches, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand the market trend, consumer needs and behaviors so as to identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Marketing experience from FMCG (Food / Personal Care / Health Care), Food & Beverage outlet and Retail industry for at least 10 years+, with at least 5 years in management level
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges
  • Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
