ITConsultants empresa de las tecnologías de la Información, Joven e innovadora, esta buscando para servicio base 4 meses y posterior indefinido a Ingeniero Informático o carrera a fin con 4 años de experiencia en Mesas de Servicios o Minería de Datos con constantes ganas de aprender e innovar.

Funciones:

  • Experiencia en proyecto de mesas de servicio.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Gobierno y gerente de lo proyecto mediante herramientas ágiles
  • Capacidad de síntesis y entrega de información de manera segura y oportuna
  • Manejo de habilidades blandas y comunicacionales.
  • Ser un aliado estratégico y responder a requerimientos internos y de clientes, así como los de Itconsultants
  • Responsable de la mejora continua de los procesos a nivel de servicios y sistemas de apoyo
  • Capacidad analítica y trabajo en equipo para evidenciar brechas en el servicio.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • perspicacia financiera
  • Adepto en proyecto y gestión de cambios
  • Alto nivel de organizacion
  • Habilidades de liderazgo
  • Creativo, ágil e innovador

  • Capacidad de resolución de casos asignados
