  • Profesional Técnico Titulado o Egresado enseñanza media, en área de TI
  • Experiencia en atención de Mesas de Soporte y Servicios.
  • Conocimientos en el área técnica (Redes, Hardware, Software (Windows, Office, Mac, Gsuite) y Sistemas.
  • Manejo de Active Directory
  • Certificado o con conocimientos sólidos de ITIL v3

ITConsultants, busca para su Mesa de servicio, Ejecutivos computacional con o sin experiencia mínima en funciones de soporte técnico computacional y/o call center de soporte.

A) Funciones

  • Atender todos los tickets y llamados derivados hacia el nivel I de atención.
  • Registrar todos los tickets en el sistema con su debida clasificación y escalamiento.
  • Asistencia a usuarios en forma principalmente remota en caso de contingencias y requerimientos
  • Soporte remoto a tickets asignados reportados u orientación hacia el usuario.
  • Derivar solicitudes de mayor complejidad para asistencia en terreno de un soporte técnico, según prioridades establecidas o asignadas por sus superiores.
  • Apoyo en instalación de hardware y software a soportes técnicos. Todos los registrados en el catálogo de servicios.
  • Reportar problemas con servicios internet, sistemas internos y enlaces.
  • Apoyo al personal técnico Terreno para la resolución de tickets.
  • Contacto con ISP y proveedores.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de correo e Internet a ISP.
