  • Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications.
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns and platform conventions.
  • Awareness of accessibility principles and how to apply them in mobile UI design.
  • Experience preparing clear handoff documentation (specs, redlines, assets) for engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to run or support workshops and present design rationale.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly while maintaining design consistency.
  • Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).

Nice to Have

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system and reusable component library.
  • Exposure to usability testing methods (moderated/unmoderated), test planning, and synthesizing findings.
  • Basic understanding of mobile development constraints and handoff best practices (responsive layouts, assets, states, edge cases).
  • Familiarity with analytics-informed design or measuring UX improvements through qualitative/quantitative signals.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with cross-functional teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Mobile user journeys are clear, intuitive, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
  • Designs are consistent with Client Flow, brand standards, platform guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
  • Stakeholders and delivery teams are aligned through effective workshops, clear documentation, and transparent decision-making.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
