Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in revenue generation and managerial roles in microfinance and insurance brokerage.
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in microfinance and insurance brokerage.
  • Strong understanding of microfinance and insurance regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional business development skills.
  • Financial analysis and budget management proficiency.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Lead revenue generation efforts for both microfinance and insurance brokerage services. Develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Microfinance Operations: Manage day-to-day microfinance operations. Optimize loan portfolio performance and collection processes.
  • Insurance Brokerage: Drive client acquisition and insurance product sales. Foster strong relationships with insurance providers. Provide expert insurance advice to clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure rigorous compliance with microfinance and insurance regulations. Secure necessary licenses and approvals from authorities.
  • Business Development: Identify market opportunities to expand both businesses. Create and implement growth-focused strategic plans. Cultivate and nurture a strong client base.
  • Financial Expertise: Monitor financial performance and budgets. Implement cost-effective measures to boost profitability.
  • Reporting:Prepare regular reports on business performance for senior management.
