Position Overview
We are looking for a Temporary Travel Coordinator to support our team with the day-to-day coordination of business travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, airport transfers, and ground transportation.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to arrange and confirm bookings.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute travel requests efficiently.
- Prepare and share travel itineraries and booking confirmations with employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure travel arrangements are aligned with company policies and approved budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and related expenses.
- Assist employees with travel-related queries and provide support throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate travel requirements for meetings, events, and business trips.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively address any changes or issues.
- Support the HR/Administration team with other travel-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in travel coordination, travel administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of flight, hotel, and transportation booking processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple travel requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling last-minute changes and urgent requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience working with a travel agency, corporate travel desk, or travel booking platform is an advantage.
