JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our operational programs. In this role, you will act as the glue between our internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and meets our high standards of excellence. You will thrive here if you are a master of logistics who enjoys solving complex puzzles in a fast-paced environment. This role’s growth path leads to more senior Project Management roles within iTradeNetwork’s cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor project timelines, ensuring all program milestones are met with precision.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on program goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of existing programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of program logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Perform data analysis to track program KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, budgets, and operational manuals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent program interests and advocate for necessary resources.
  • Review existing operational procedures and recommend system enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Participate in various other tasks and projects as needed to support the growth of the organization.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • No previous professional experience required; internship or relevant academic project experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the role.
  • A team player with a commitment to getting things done.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of food service industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems and solutions preferred.
  • Always thinking customer first.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth entrepreneurial setting.

Base Compensation: $61,000 - $65,000 ($29.33 - $31.25/hr)
