Atuamos em parceria com a Prefeitura de Jundiaí, o órgão responsável pela administração pública do município. O foco deste trabalho é a área fazendária, garantindo o funcionamento dos serviços públicos e o desenvolvimento da cidade através do suporte direto ao cidadão.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo a contribuintes (por telefone, e-mail e mensagens);
  • Efetuar a cobrança administrativa de créditos tributários e não tributários do município;
  • Prestar orientações sobre tributos municipais, débitos, prazos e formas de regularização;
  • Auxiliar na atualização de cadastros de contribuintes e realizar conciliação de informações;
  • Utilizar sistemas de gestão para registro e acompanhamento dos atendimentos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Idade mínima de 18 anos;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para lidar com o público.

Diferenciais (Será um plus se você tiver):

  • Experiência anterior com cobrança administrativa, negociação de débitos ou CRM;
  • Vivência em Call Center / Telemarketing ou atendimento ao cliente.

Remuneração e Benefícios

  • Salário: R$ 1.625,28 + R$ 350,00 (Prêmio Assiduidade) = Total de R$ 1.975,28
  • Vale Alimentação (VA): R$ 12,04 por dia trabalhado;
  • Vale Transporte (conforme a legislação/opção do colaborador);
  • Seguro de Vida.

Jornada de Trabalho

  • Escala: 5x2 (Segunda a sexta-feira);
  • Carga horária: 180 horas mensais;
  • Horário: Das 08h48 às 17h00 (apenas dias úteis).

Local de trabalho: Av. Jundiaí, 600 - Anhangabaú - Jundiaí/SP
