A ITS Customer Service está contratando Recepcionista para atuar em Santo Amaro da Imperatriz/SC.

Buscamos um(a) profissional comunicativo(a), organizado(a), proativo(a) e comprometido(a), que tenha experiência com atendimento em recepção e postura profissional para representar a empresa no primeiro contato com clientes, colaboradores, fornecedores e visitantes.

Principais atividades

Recepcionar clientes, candidatos, colaboradores, fornecedores e visitantes;

Realizar atendimento presencial e direcionar as pessoas aos setores responsáveis;

Receber e organizar correspondências e entregas;

Realizar cadastros de acesso, como biometria e catraca;

Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas da recepção, garantindo organização e bom atendimento.

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada na função de Recepcionista;

Ensino Médio completo;

Conhecimento em informática e Pacote Office;

Boa comunicação e atendimento ao público;

Organização, cordialidade e responsabilidade;

Postura profissional e apresentação pessoal compatíveis com a função, considerando que a recepção é o cartão de visitas da empresa e recebe diariamente clientes, parceiros e demais visitantes.
