📍 Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atender aos chamados dos clientes por meio da ferramenta Movidesk, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre as funcionalidades do sistema e as regras fiscais aplicáveis.
  • Investigar ocorrências relatadas pelos clientes, reproduzir situações e reunir evidências para identificar a origem de inconsistências.
  • Analisar relatórios de auditoria fiscal, verificar divergências e realizar ajustes de configuração ou parametrização quando necessário.
  • Identificar falhas e oportunidades de melhoria, documentando o comportamento atual do sistema, a regra fiscal aplicável e o resultado esperado.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o time de desenvolvimento no mapeamento de requisitos e na validação de correções e novas funcionalidades.
  • Pesquisar e acompanhar atualizações tributárias, especialmente relacionadas ao ICMS, identificando seus impactos nos clientes e no sistema.
  • Apoiar a gerência em pesquisas fiscais, no mapeamento de alterações legais e na organização das demandas de adequação tributária.
  • Registrar análises e soluções no Movidesk, contribuindo para a base de conhecimento e a padronização do atendimento.
  • Acompanhar os chamados até a resolução, mantendo os clientes informados sobre o andamento e os próximos passos.

📍 Requisitos

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na área fiscal.
  • Conhecimento em Excel, Word e PowerPoint.
  • Conhecimento em EFD Fiscal e EFD Contribuições.
  • Conhecimento em legislação fiscal e tributária.
  • Vivência prática com ICMS, incluindo CFOP, CST, bases de cálculo, alíquotas, escrituração fiscal e obrigações acessórias.
  • Capacidade analítica, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para relacionar a legislação fiscal ao comportamento do sistema.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para orientar clientes de forma clara e didática.

📍 Diferenciais

  • Experiência com suporte a sistemas fiscais e processos de fechamento e apuração fiscal.
  • Conhecimento em SPED Fiscal e Contribuições, documentos fiscais eletrônicos, apuração de ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS.
  • Experiência com análise de arquivos XML.
  • Familiaridade com o Movidesk ou outras ferramentas de gestão de chamados.
  • Acompanhamento das atualizações relacionadas à Reforma Tributária.
  • Interesse e habilidade para utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) no dia a dia, apoiando pesquisas, análises e ganho de produtividade.
