  • O que essa pessoa vai fazer
  • Realizar a apuração e conferência de impostos municipais, estaduais e federais;
  • Conferir e escriturar notas fiscais de entrada, saída, devolução, transferência e serviços;
  • Validar a tributação de mercadorias, considerando CST, CFOP, NCM e regras aplicáveis ao segmento;
  • Emitir e conferir notas fiscais eletrônicas;
  • Acompanhar retenções e lançamentos fiscais;
  • Conferir XMLs e documentos fiscais;
  • Apoiar o fechamento fiscal e o envio das obrigações acessórias;
  • Elaborar e transmitir obrigações como SPED Fiscal e EFD Contribuições;
  • Acompanhar alterações na legislação tributária;
  • Realizar conciliações fiscais e apoiar auditorias internas e externas;
  • Prestar suporte às áreas de compras, estoque, vendas, logística e contabilidade em assuntos fiscais;
  • Organizar documentos fiscais físicos e digitais;
  • Identificar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos;
  • Solicitar certidões negativas junto aos órgãos competentes;
  • Controlar e organizar arquivos XML.
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência na área;
  • Conhecimento de escrituração fiscal e obrigações acessórias;
  • Conhecimento de SPED Fiscal e plataformas fiscais;
  • Excel e Pacote Office;
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP e gestão fiscal;
  • Conhecimento da tributação aplicada ao segmento de autopeças.

O que a empresa busca Uma pessoa com experiência sólida na área fiscal, organizada e cuidadosa com informações.

É importante ter conhecimento de legislação tributária municipal, estadual e federal, especialmente aplicada ao comércio varejista e atacadista de autopeças, além de domínio de conceitos como ICMS, ST, PIS, COFINS, ISS, CFOP, CST e NCM.
