Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf in regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Administratief Bediende binnen de logistieke afdeling ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het logistieke proces. Je rapporteert aan de Back Office Teamleader en zorgt ervoor dat alle douaneformaliteiten correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en verwerking van douanedocumenten.
  • Je verzorgt de in- en uitklaring van goederen, onder andere van en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Je volgt administratief op van Aklantendossiers tot Z.
  • Je verwerkt overige logistieke en administratieve documenten.
  • Je controleert gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten correct en volledig zijn.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met interne afdelingen, klanten, transporteurs en douanediensten.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer er zich problemen of afwijkingen voordoen.
  • Je verwerkt de nodige informatie in de interne systemen en ERP-software.
  • Je denkt actief mee over een efficiënte administratieve werking.
  • Een bacheloropleiding in logistiek management vormt een goede basis, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Interesse in douane, internationale handel en logistieke processen is belangrijk.
  • Ervaring met douaneprocedures is een sterke troef.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken zit in jouw natuur.
  • Met ERP-systemen werken schrikt je niet af; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Dankzij jouw analytische ingesteldheid volg je dossiers zelfstandig en correct op.
  • Vlotte communicatie met interne en externe partijen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Ook in drukke momenten blijf je stressbestendig en behoud je het overzicht.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een professionele kennis van het Engels zijn vereist.
  • Zowel in team als zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak typeren jou.
