Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde speler in haar sector met vestigingen in Aartselaar, Antwerpen en Deurne, zoeken we een gedreven administratief medewerker voor de PDI-afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je versterkt het team van administratieve medewerkers die instaan voor de opvolging en organisatie van diverse diensten op voertuigen: expertises, poetsopdrachten, technische keuringen, controle-inspecties, ontvangst chauffeurs, transporten, parking, sleutel- & documentenbeheer, en meer.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Team Leader van de administratieve cel van de PDI-afdeling. Dit team staat in voor het beheer en de administratieve flow van documenten, sleutels en voertuigen. In deze functie ben je één van de gezichten van de afdeling: je staat in voor het overhandigen van sleutels en documenten aan chauffeurs die voertuigen komen afhalen op de parking.
  • Door je motivatie, hands-on mentaliteit en gestructureerde aanpak groei je uit tot een volwaardige back-up die de dagdagelijkse operationaliteit van diverse klanten kan beheren.
  • Werklocatie: Je wordt tewerkgesteld in Aartselaar en bent bereid om op regelmatige basis in Antwerpen en Deurne te werken.
  • Je bent een hands-on type die administratief werk graag afwisselt met praktische taken;
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als administratief medewerker binnen de automotive sector
  • Je hebt een service- en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid;
  • Je bent een vlotte en efficiënte organisator die zelfstandig en probleemoplossend denkt en handelt;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die streeft naar efficiëntie en orde;
  • Je bent administratief sterk en bereid om softwareapplicaties voor dossieropvolging eigen te maken;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans (basiskennis Engels is een pluspunt);
  • Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs;
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B;
  • Affiniteit met de automobielsector is geen vereiste maar wel een pluspunt.
