Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wat behoort tot jouw takenpakket als Bediende Gate?

  • Documenten ontvangen, controleren en invoeren in het systeem.
  • Parkeerplaatsen toewijzen aan chauffeurs en hen aanmelden voor schadecontrole en scanning.
  • Documenten (CMRs, douanedocumenten, etc.) vervolledigen, controleren en archiveren.
  • Administratieve verwerking in het systeem (aanmaken van loten, doorsturen en administratief afhandelen).
  • Chauffeurs informeren over de locatie van op te halen loten.
  • Verwerking van nachtleveringen (zowel gate-in als gate-out).
  • Tijdig schade controle aanvragen voor de opvolging van nachtleveringen.
  • Verzamelen en doorgeven van alle relevante informatie.

Welke competenties zijn belangrijk voor een goede uitvoering?

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, waarbij je minstens één van de volgende talen beheert: Frans, Engels, Duits.
  • Je beschikt over uitgebreide ervaring als loketbediende voor een internationale, logistieke speler
  • Vlot werken met computerprogramma's zoals MS Office en Outlook vormt geen probleem.
  • Je bent collegiaal en werkt graag samen.
  • Communicatief, flexibel en stressbestendig zijn, typeren jou als persoon.
  • Je wordt gedreven door nauwkeurigheid en opvolging.
  • Ervaring wordt gezien als een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt je middelbaar diploma behaald.
  • Je werkt graag afwisselend in vroege, late of dag shiften, zo kan je afwisselend genieten van lange ochtenden of lange avonden.
