Voor een groeiende internationale organisatie zoeken we een Junior Accountant die accounting wil combineren met data, digitalisering en procesverbetering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mee instaat voor de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige registratie van financiële gegevens.
  • Reconciliaties en financiële controles voorbereidt, verschillen onderzoekt en de nodige opvolging verzorgt.
  • Ondersteuning biedt bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Excel-rapporteringen ontwikkelt en optimaliseert, waarbij je aandacht hebt voor betrouwbare gegevens en efficiënte controles.
  • Meewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van dashboards en analyses in Power BI.
  • Repetitieve taken en bestaande processen kritisch onder de loep neemt en opportuniteiten voor vereenvoudiging en automatisering identificeert.
  • Concrete verbetervoorstellen formuleert en actief meewerkt aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen Finance.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance, Bedrijfsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting. Gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van accounting en interesse in btw, cijfers en financiële gegevens.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitalisering, automatisering en procesverbetering.
  • Kennis van een ERP-systemen
  • Je denkt analytisch en kritisch en gaat gestructureerd te werk.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leert vlot nieuwe systemen aan en denkt graag mee over hoe zaken efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, maar voelt je ook goed in een teamomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en professioneel in het Engels.
