The posting

Voor een groeiende organisatie in een technische en projectgerichte omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Accountant die mee instaat voor een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie.

In deze functie maak je deel uit van het boekhoudteam en ondersteun je de dagelijkse financiële werking. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en gestructureerde aanpak zorg je ervoor dat de boekhoudkundige processen vlot verlopen en de financiële rapportering correct wordt opgevolgd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verwerken en controleren van dagelijkse bankverrichtingen.
  • Correct en tijdig inboeken van aankoopfacturen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak en verzending van verkoopfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van bankgaranties en bankrekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden en verzamelen van documenten voor financiële audits.
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en indiening van periodieke btw-aangiftes.
  • Meewerken aan de maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse financiële rapportering.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en controleren van wekelijkse betaalvoorstellen.
  • Werken met ERP-systemen en meedenken over de optimalisatie van financiële processen.
  • Samenwerken met het boekhoudteam en de financiële verantwoordelijke aan diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige projecten.
  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige principes en btw-regelgeving.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail.
  • Een discrete en verantwoordelijke werkhouding.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd goed samen te werken met collega's.
  • Een flexibele, stressbestendige en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Een leergierige houding en de motivatie om je kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
