Je gaat werken bij een internationale productieorganisatie binnen de proces- en maakindustrie. Op de productielocatie wordt gewerkt met moderne installaties en geavanceerde productiemachines.

De technische dienst speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie. Door snel en vakkundig in te grijpen bij storingen en structureel onderhoud uit te voeren, dragen jullie bij aan een hoge beschikbaarheid en optimale prestaties van het machinepark.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als technicus / storingsmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan productie-installaties. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en krijgt te maken met verschillende technische disciplines.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrotechnische storingen;
  • uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties;
  • installeren, repareren en verbeteren van technische installaties;
  • ondersteunen bij technische projecten en modificaties;
  • aanpassen en actualiseren van technische schema’s en tekeningen;
  • bijdragen aan het verbeteren van besturingssystemen en technische processen;
  • uitvoeren van controles en inspecties aan het machinepark;
  • adviseren over machineveiligheid en besturingstechniek;
  • samenwerken met collega’s binnen de technische dienst en productie;
  • zorgen voor een veilige en betrouwbare werking van de installaties.

Je bent technisch breed onderlegd en weet storingen zelfstandig en doortastend aan te pakken. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het hoofd koel tijdens een storing en zoekt actief naar duurzame oplossingen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een afgeronde mbo opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting;
  • ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of industriële werkomgeving;
  • kennis van hydrauliek, pneumatiek en frequentieregelaars;
  • basiskennis van PLC-techniek, bij voorkeur Siemens S7;
  • een praktische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding;
  • aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking;
  • de bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken;
  • de motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de techniek.
