Je gaat werken bij een internationale productieorganisatie in de papier- en verpakkingsindustrie. Op de productielocatie in Maastricht worden hoogwaardige papierproducten geproduceerd voor klanten in verschillende markten.

De locatie beschikt over een omvangrijk en geavanceerd machinepark. Binnen de technische dienst werken monteurs en technische specialisten samen aan onderhoud, storingen, veiligheid en continue verbetering. Door de combinatie van procesinstallaties, productiemachines en utilities is er sprake van een veelzijdige technische werkomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als monteur technische dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren en herstellen van technische installaties. Je werkt aan verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces en schakelt snel wanneer zich een storing voordoet.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen;

uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud;

inspecteren en controleren van machines, installaties en technische voorzieningen;

repareren, vervangen en afstellen van technische componenten;

uitvoeren van werkzaamheden aan onder andere aandrijvingen, pompen, transportinstallaties, kleppen en besturingscomponenten;

ondersteunen bij revisies, modificaties en technische verbeterprojecten;

meedenken over het structureel voorkomen van storingen;

rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen;

samenwerken met operators, collega-monteurs, engineers en externe onderhoudspartijen;

werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en onderhoudsprocedures.

Je werkt volgens een 5-ploegenrooster (2-2-2-4). Hierdoor ben je ook tijdens avonden, nachten, weekenden en feestdagen beschikbaar wanneer jouw ploeg is ingepland.

Je bent een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte monteur die graag werkt in een industriële productieomgeving. Je houdt van technische afwisseling, werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig wanneer de productie door een storing wordt onderbroken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting;

ervaring met onderhoud en storingen binnen een industriële of productieomgeving;

kennis van mechanische en/of elektrotechnische installaties;

ervaring met hydrauliek, pneumatiek, aandrijvingen en besturingstechniek is een pluspunt;

het vermogen om storingen methodisch te analyseren;

een zelfstandige, praktische en proactieve werkhouding;

goede communicatieve vaardigheden;

aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde;

de bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken;

de motivatie om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
