Bij ITZU draait het om mensen, techniek en groei. Daarom zoeken wij een enthousiaste Teamleader Mechanisch Onderhoud die een sleutelrol speelt in de werking én verbetering van de mechanische installaties binnen de hypermoderne productiesite van Ciner Glass in Lommel.

In deze dynamische rol stuur jij jouw team techniekers aan en zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare productieomgeving. Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden om processen te optimaliseren en innovatie te stimuleren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

? Leiderschap en teamwork:

  • Je motiveert en coacht dagelijks een team van gedreven mechanische techniekers.
  • Je coördineert ploegenwissels en zorgt voor een vlotte kennisoverdracht en samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Feedback- en evaluatiegesprekken laten jouw team groeien in zowel expertise als teamwork.
  • Samen met jouw team stimuleer je een cultuur van samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en continu leren.

? Een goed draaiend productieproces:

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat mechanische installaties optimaal blijven werken door taken efficiënt te delegeren.
  • Je coördineert preventief onderhoud en brengt de administratie hiervoor in orde, zodat correctief onderhoud beperkt blijft.
  • Storingen worden door jou snel aangepakt, terwijl productie stilstand tot een minimum wordt beperkt.
  • Als specialist sta je je team bij in complexe technische uitdagingen en monitor je continu de machine-instellingen.
  • Documentatie en rapportages zijn dankzij jou altijd correct en op tijd.

Innovatie en optimalisatie:

  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten om de efficiëntie en prestaties van mechanische systemen te verhogen.
  • Met jouw input ondersteun je duurzaamheidsinitiatieven en help je bij analyses om optimalisaties te onderbouwen.
  • Bij implementaties van nieuwe technologieën of de installatie van apparatuur ben jij nauw betrokken.

Veiligheid, overleg en training:

  • Veiligheid staat voorop: jij bewaakt de naleving van alle normen, interne procedures en voorschriften.
  • Je zorgt dat jouw team up-to-date blijft door opleidingen te organiseren en intern kennis te delen.
  • In audits, noodoefeningen en overlegmomenten vertegenwoordig jij jouw afdeling vol vertrouwen.

Jouw kwaliteiten:

  • Een technisch diploma middelbaar onderwijs, graduaat of bachelor in Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Onderhoudstechniek of vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende, of klaar voor de volgende stap dankzij soft skills-trainingen.
  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het interpreteren van onderhoudsplannen.
  • Vaardigheid in werken met onderhoudssoftware en industriële tools.

Jouw persoonlijkheid:

  • Helder en resultaatgericht in je communicatie, met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Proactief en analytisch, met een hands-on aanpak om problemen structureel op te lossen.
  • Een positieve en motiverende leider die teams stimuleert om te groeien.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels, om zowel intern als extern te kunnen schakelen.
