Jobomschrijving

Bij Ciner Glass draait alles om vakmanschap, duurzaamheid en innovatie. En om dat waar te maken, zoeken we een Teamleader Mechanisch Onderhoud die onze technische installaties niet alleen draaiende houdt, maar ze ook nóg beter maakt.

Ben jij iemand die met plezier een team leidt, energie krijgt van techniek en klaar is om mee te bouwen aan een fonkelnieuwe productiesite? Dan ben jij misschien wel de flessenier die wij zoeken!

Wat ga je doen?

Leiden & inspireren

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van mechanische toppers.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en zorgt voor een vlotte ploegenwissel.
  • Je stimuleert een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en groei.

Zorgen dat alles loopt

  • Jij bent de motor achter een goed draaiend productieproces op mechanisch vlak.
  • Je coördineert preventief en correctief onderhoud zodat alles blijft tikken.
  • Je grijpt in bij storingen en bent dé expert waar je team op rekent.

Verbeteren & vernieuwen

  • Je werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen en efficiëntieprojecten.
  • Je begeleidt de installatie van nieuwe technologieën en machines.
  • Je gebruikt data om slimme optimalisaties en duurzame initiatieven te ondersteunen.

Opleiden & bewaken

  • Je bouwt een sterk team met de juiste skills via training en coaching.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid en kwaliteit, neemt deel aan audits en vertegenwoordigt je afdeling.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een technisch diploma (bv. elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek of werktuigbouwkunde).
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud binnen productie.
  • Leiderschapservaring of ambitie om die stap te zetten.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en vlot met onderhoudssoftware.
  • Je communiceert helder, resultaatgericht én in Nederlands en Engels.
